LE CASHMERE creates a sustainable business for mutual growth with local community by using the exceptional sourcing capacity in Mongolia, the country of the finest cashmere.

TOP QUALITY CASHMERE

We collect cashmere directly from villages in Mongolia, the country of the finest cashmere. 

Grazing their goats fence-free in vast pastures of up to 10-ha, these communities only collect the free-grown cashmere goat hair that falls out naturally after every winter.

We provide extensive education for the community to help them grow as cashmere experts and conduct direct business with nearly 300 local families in Mongolia through planned purchases that the community relies on.

Our sustainability efforts

INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

LE CASHMERE pursues innovative technologies to minimize waste as much as possible. Most of our products are produced by zero-waste & 3D-knitting technologies which produce cashmere clothing in one thread without sewing lines.

Leftover pieces of products and threads are collected to be turned into recycled materials. 

We are also planning to launch an on-demand platform that utilizes pre-order to inform production and distributes products direct-to-consumer.

SOFT LONG-LASTING CASHMERE

LE CASHMERE designs a brand experience that takes the moment of touch very importantly – how our clothes feel and fit when worn is everything to us. 

We’ve applied seamless technology to most of our products and minimally process the cashmere, allowing its natural feel, stretch, and comfort to shine. The lack of chemicals makes our product safe and durable and a great option for sensitive skin.
