How much is shipping in the U.S. and how long does it take to arrive?

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $100 ($10 for orders under $100). It usually takes about 5-7 business days to arrive. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified by email with a DHL tracking number.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of the U.S. and our online store only services U.S.

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your DHL tracking number once your order is packaged. Tracking generally needs 1~3 business days to be updated with tracking information.

 

Can I edit/cancel my order?

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns on unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of the ship date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom merchandise or items noted as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us at global@purple.io. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Can I make an exchange?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

When can I expect my refund?

Return processing usually takes about 5-7 business days to arrive at the warehouse and takes up to 3-5 business days from the date received to be processed. If refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at global@purple.io.

How do I care for my cashmere?

Made from the highest quality natural cashmere, our items need time for recovery, a brief moment to breathe. We recommend wearing the same item every other day at most to give clothes a rest.

Dry-cleaning is strongly suggested for all our products; however, we do not recommend frequent washing. After dry-cleaning, please remove the plastic cover and store in a place with good ventilation.

While deodorizing or removing dust from the fabric, please avoid hanger use and store it folded afterwards to preserve the shape. Cashmere is a heat sensitive fiber. Avoid exposure to open fire, direct sunlight and direct ironing. The products may also be damaged upon interaction with chemical-containing perfumes or deodorants.
